Course Description
This class will cover how to effectively differentiate between Third Party benefits, how to recommend treatment plans based off the patients benefit and how to recommend supplementary service plans.

Learning Outcomes

-        Participants will learn to differentiate between referred Third Party patients vs non referred third party patients

-        Participants will have a clear understanding of what recommendation should be made depending on the patients Third Party benefit

-        Participants will be able to properly read and implement our new benefit investigation form

-        Participants will learn the value and importance of the hearing care provider in the clinic

-        Participants will be able to recognize when to suggest a service plan to better the patients experience and how to do that in an effective way

Time Agenda – Presenter will utilize lecture, PowerPoint and discussion

30 min: Presenter will introduce the topic, paint a picture of exceptional patient care and differentiate between the different Third Party Benefits

15 min: Presenter will walk through new Benefit Investigation form

15 min: Discussion and Q&A

Speaker: Fred Boudreaux, Au.D

Fred Boudreaux, Au.D. studied Audiology at LSU Medical Center and A.T. Still University. He currently the Regional Managing Director for Audibel and has worked in the hearing healthcare field for over 25 years. Dr. Boudreaux a heart for the hearing impaired and a passion for education in the field.
